Rates
are based on the number of persons occupying the unit and apply
to adults and children. Rates quoted are for three nights minimum
and do not apply to weekends, holidays, or conventions. All rates
subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax. Room, security deposit
may be required.
*Extra
person rate is only for persons with advanced reservations. Extra
persons without advanced reservations or overnight guests: $20
Adult, $15 Child per person per night. If roll-away bed is needed
please add $5 daily (subject to availability). Guests who invite
visitors to spend the day will be charged $10 Adult, $5 per day.
All visitors must register at the office before entering room
or using any motel facilities.
Children
under 2 - no charge - limit two free per room with advance reservation.
Children in diapers must use swim diapers in pool area.
Deposits
refunded only if notified in writing two weeks in advance of original
arrival date, 4 weeks for cottages, and subject to a $25 service
charge. No refunds due to weather or early check-out. Deposits
are not transferable.
Rooms
must be occupied by those originally contracted with. Misrepresentations
will result in forfeiture of deposit and loss of room reservations.
Rooms
must be completely vacated by stated check-out time. Failure to
comply will result in additional charges.
On
arrival $10 key and T.V. remote deposit (refundable upon departure)
is required. Additional room keys are available with $5 deposit.
Cottages
have full use of pool, daily maid service, air conditioning and
color T.V. Cottages rent weekly only and start on specific days.
Loud
playing of radios, tape players or CD players and ironing of clothing
in rooms is not permitted. No bikes allowed in rooms.
Please
telephone first to make your reservations, then fill out the form
below. Deposits not received within 10 days will result in automatic
cancellation. Personal checks honored only on reservations sent
three weeks in advance. Only cash, travelers checks and credit
cards (VISA, Master Card or Discover) will be accepted on arrival.
If credit card is used, a 3% surcharge will apply. No personal
checks accepted as final payment. Accounts must be paid in full
at check-in. Confirmations will be sent only to those reserving
5 nights or more. If confirmation is desired by others, please
include a self-addressed stamped envelope with deposit.
