This website package is available based on a design template only. It is made unique by your logo treatment, and photos.
$99 for the design and the first year's hosting.

HOW PRICING WORKS:
The fee for the first year includes the initial work required to create your new web site. The yearly fee following pays for your hosting, additional exposure from Njshoreguide.com and limited FREE updates (e.g. your rates, etc.).
UPDATING AND SITE MAINTENANCE:
A limited ammount of FREE updating comes along with your yearly hosting fee. This updating involves simple text changes and allows you to keep your site up-to-date as far as phone numbers, rates, specials, etc. Any updating or changes you may wish to include that move beyond this level of updating would be charged on an hourly basis. Text changes and reorganizing - $20/hr (min. 1 hour). Format and graphical changes - $30/hr (min. 1 hour). Photo additions or retouching - $40/hr. (min. 1 hour).
